When it's time for the added touches like a media room for the family's enjoyment, or the wine cellar you have dreamed of, our speciality is getting your wants completed.

You are energy conscious, and our detail-oriented approach to energy conservation will give you the help you need to lower the operating costs of your home and make it more comfortable. From insulation to modern lighting equipment, installing and repairing old windows to work like they were new, our aim is your satisfaction.

Outside living invites repaired or new decks, patios and fences for privacy. Could you enjoy a new or refurbished deck? We will help you enjoy this summer's entertaining season.

When you just MUST change the size of your house by tearing out walls and rebuilding, when there is just not enough room, we will be there with a Professional Engineer to sign off on the drawings, easing things through the permit process as much as possible.

Sometimes you need a trusted company to make those smaller jobs just disappear. Our Handyman Division can handle the little jobs that need doing for you, with a smile.

Important things to consider for your repairs or renovation:

  • Our subcontractors are all insured, both Liability and with WorkSafe BC (WCB). Electrical and plumbing trades have current business licenses and the proper credentials.
  • Our technical trades and administration take regular upgrading courses, keeping up to date with code requirements and business practices education.
  • A the end of the job, not only will you have a great space, done correctly, but at your final payment you will also get forms from all the trades confirming that they have been paid in full, and that no liens will be filed on your home.
  • There are contractors who play catch-up, always asking for more money because they are short of cash from the last job – meanwhile, your job is not getting finished. This is especially true in difficult economic times. Our business practises are enforced for our mutual protection.
