New Bathroom

The client had a torn-apart bathroom upstairs and could not wait while it was rebuilt, since she had no other. The only space available was a small area in the basement, which was 5 feet wide by 8½ feet long.

Here is a before and after photo of the new bathroom.

Job details: The space was framed, and a trench was dug for the pipes. Placement of the bathroom suite: at the back left, a toilet, to the right, a basin and, near left, the shower.

In process: framing the area, the initial trench, all pipes in, the installation of the rain head for coverage as it was a small shower.

Conclusion: smart and efficient utilization of a small space for a much-needed new bathroom, delivered quickly and easily.
